About our curved plywood panels
If you're looking for high-quality curved plywood panels, you're in the right place! We likely sell more panels than anyone else. All of our panels are crafted with precision, using a steel die to press layers of 1/8" poplar plywood together. They're glued and pressed until fully dried, and once ready, each panel is trimmed to match the die. This process ensures uniformity, meaning that all panels are identical. Whether you're stacking, cutting for drawer fronts, or creating door panels, the structure remains consistent.
HALF-ROUND PANELS
Half-round panels are measured from the outer edge to the outer edge, with the diameter representing this measurement. For example, a half-round panel with a 30" diameter measures 30" from outside to outside. If placed on a table with the round side up, the height from the table to the top of the panel would be 15".

QUARTER-ROUND PANELS
Quarter rounds are measured by their radius. When two radius panels are combined, they create a half-round panel, with the diameter being twice the radius. For example, two 9" quarter-rounds will combine to form an 18" diameter half-round. These panels are designed with a perfect 90-degree angle, making them ideal for fitting snugly into corners.
QUARTER-ROUND PANELS WITH FLATS
These panels feature a 2" flat extension that begins at the end of the radius and extends outward. They are especially useful when you need a panel to blend seamlessly into a wall. A great example of this is a reception desk with rounded corners.
RADIUS END PANELS
These panels have a 90-degree radius and come in various sizes. One side of the panel extends 24" while the other is designed to connect to additional panels. These panels are perfect for creating waterfall countertops or pantry walls.

******************SHIPPING COSTS ********************
Most all of these panels ship what is called Oversized, this means that the shippers use different calculations for the weight of an item. Am item could be 10lbs and fit into a 10"x10"x10" bot and ship for let's say %15.00. if an item is large iand light it is calculated by the dimensions rather than the actual weight, this is called dimensional weight and it gets costly, quickly. So a piece of Curved plywood that weights just 10 lbs could cost over 75.00 to ship. Our website does not handle dimensional weight, therefore it cannot calculate the weight of these proiducts accurately. We send every order to our warehouse for an accurate quote on the cost to get it to you. To be fair, you do not need to pay for your plywood order before you know what that shipping cost will be.
When you check out with plywood in your cart, select the option on the payment page that says "Net 30 days or call back required. When you do this a box will appear looking for a PO number, if the panels can be cut in half to reduce shipping cost type "Cut in half" in this box. e will have the shipping calculated and get back to you to complete the order process.
