About our curved plywood panels
If you're looking for high-quality curved plywood panels, you're in the right place! We likely sell more panels than anyone else. All of our panels are crafted with precision, using a steel die to press layers of 1/8" poplar plywood together. They're glued and pressed until fully dried, and once ready, each panel is trimmed to match the die. This process ensures uniformity, meaning that all panels are identical. Whether you're stacking, cutting for drawer fronts, or creating door panels, the structure remains consistent.
Quarter Round with flats have a 2" extension running beyond the radius. These panels are a good choice when building a wall odr reception desk where a flat wall extension is required.
Be sure you note the wall thickness you require when choosing from the dropdown menu. A 3X5896-CP has a wall thickness of 5/8 and a 3x-3496-CP has a wall thickness of 3/4" The last number is the length of the panelDrop Down Selections
