This Step Base was specially designed for use with the Porter Cable Wavy Bit. The set-up is pretty easy, it usually takes just one or two adjustments to be perfectly set. The Wavy Bit is for seaming solid surface material. It produces a wavy edge in each piece of the solid surface material. The step in the base creates an offset so the "waves" come together perfectly. This base is designed to be used with a straight edge.

This base is currently drilled for a Porter Cable 4 Hole Router and the Festool 2200 Router.
