Surcare is truely the home of the world's best true random orbit sanders. I had an opportunity to travel to Australia with my son for an off road challenge in Australia's outback. While ther I met with Jim and his team at the plant in Alexandria and I was quite inpressed. The SMF 200 is the largest of the two and is recommended for timber, veneers, solid surface and cork flooring. The smaller V4 sander is a favorite of solid surface fabricators because it's random orbit (6mm) is a good match to other smaller sanders like Fein, Festool and Porter Cable. You can sand the large area with the V4 and the smaller areas sanded with others sanders will match.
