The 6" x 144" Forming oven is great for heating strips. The usable heated area is 6" x 144"
This SOLID SURFACE OVEN was carefully designed to heat solid surface materials quickly and uniformly. Lower emitters with a high density raise the temperature quickly without overheating the material as in conventional oven methods. Cycling turns the lower emitters off and on at fixed intervals allowing a soaking effect through the material. The heating elements are manufactured with Nicrome wire that is precisely wound with braised ends for long life and durability. The hood of the oven has been designed for easy access and a view window is conveniently located in front of the oven for checking materials without allowing heat to escape.
The stands shown holding up the oven can can be purchased seperately. We now manufacture four standard sizes however; custom sizes are available upon request. If you require a custom size, please call for pricing.
