Cabinet Templates

Introducing a fabrication system that allows anyone to fabricate kitchen and bathroom cabinet panels in literally minutes. The system is accurate, affordable and easy to use; all you need is a router and a drill to fabricate perfect 32mm end panels. There are templates available for upper and lower kitchen cabinets as well as standard and tall vanity cabinets.

The templates are made of durable, long lasting ¼" Type 1 PVC and have been designed to be used with a Euro-Bit, a unique boring tool engineered to use carbide tipped brad point style bits of different sizes. The pre-drilled holes are clearly and cleverly marked for drilling several popular door and drawer configurations as well as dowel holes for easy assembly. The Euro-Bit, fitted with the proper bit, is inserted into the selected hole for accurate drilling. The Euro-Bit remains stationary while the bit rotates within eliminating wear on the template.

Constuction with 1/4" dowels is effortless when you add the matching template set for boring the rails and bottom of the cabinet. Dowels are great for assembly or just alignment of the pieces.

If you rout in your back panels choose our new router baseplate to fit a Festool or Porter Cable Router. The base cuts a perfect dado in the top, rails, bottom and end panels. You can dado for 1/4" or 1/2" and rabett for 3/4".
