Rough / Finish Router Base Horizontal

Wouldn't it be nice to be able to hog off material and than go back and finish cutting it without changing any set ups? With the new base you can do just that. Its' design allows you to make a rough cut against a straight edge and a finish cut without changing any setups. The edge of the base is 1/16" closer to the center on two perpendicular sides. You simply set up your straight edge, rout the ruff cut, rotate the base and rout again.

This base is great when using cutters without bearing guides.

This base is currently drilled for a Porter Cable 4 Hole Router and the Festool 2200 Router.
